because herbal tea is technically not tea, but an infusion of herbs, roots, flowers, spices, seeds, or fruit. I have always been drawn to understanding what nature can teach us and being in tune with the wisdom of our bodies. My journey with herbal tea began with my husband in our French-American home, where a nightly ritual of tea became a way to slow down, connect, and unwind. When I discovered loose-leaf chamomile, the experience transformed—I could see, touch, and smell the whole flower and savor its delicate sweetness. From there, I started experimenting with different herbs based on flavors and supportive qualities.  I began formulating blends to support my own hormonal health, ease digestive discomfort, and support my family's health during seasons of illness. The vibrant colors, aromatic scents, and rich flavors of whole herbs inspired Teazan. While conventional tea bags often fall short on flavor and are a significant source of microplastics, our blends capture the pure essence and full flavor of the herbs. Through this journey, I’ve come to appreciate herbal tea’s power to heal, soothe, and inspire moments of mindfulness.
